All our goods are shipped out from our warehouse partner, in Ross on Wye. If you have a problem with an order, or need to return something (see our T&Cs), drop us an email on shop@musculardystrophyuk.org or you can call the warehouse on 0300 102 3222.

Please make sure you send your catalogue orders by post to the address on the order form:

Some orders have been received at head office in London so are taking longer to process as we have to then post them on. 

We have had a few delays due to postal strikes, but hopefully you should receive your order safely in good time.
